Panera Bread

Love the the option to order at a counter or from a computer; sometimes you just don't feel like interacting with people. Food was fast and good, ordering system was logical and smooth and I'd gladly go back to try some other options. A tad pricy for the portions but I'd still take it over other fast food, especially for the nicer indoor environment.

Great food no matter the location.

Normally pretty good service and food but our daughter just picked up an order to find some items missing. Also the tuna was very thin on the sandwich. Tried to call to have items delivered but phone just rang and went dead. Quality control not good.

Good food, and always clean. Food arrives quickly and promptly. Haven't had a bad experience yet at this location!

I had the Mac and Cheese, and half a Turkey BLT with Avocado 2 choice combo. It was delicious! A little pricey. This location has been remodeled. A little less cozy than before....

After a busy working day and errands to run this is a great place to have a light dinner and relax or meet friends for coffee and dessert. For lunch is awesome. Food is good .

Wow, that muzak just penetrates my every thought. So much for background music. Families are loving Panera today. As for myself, I long for an inefficient bakery in a village, maybe in the Upper Peninsula. Pretty sure Panera will be the first corporate restaurant to deploy robots to clean tables, make up the orders. This location feels frighteningly efficient.

Recently remodeled, the shop is very spacious and welcoming. The staff is friendly and professional and the service is very good. The food is great and I will be going back there again soon.

This one in Fayetteville upgraded their room. Few more tables and servers will bring the food to your table. No more standing around. Soups are the best, make it a half / half with a sandwich.

Sales associate took my order and another worker came to whisper in her ear, which was extremely rude. My order was wrong and there was hardly any ham on my sandwich. Not worth calling bc there's such a lack of customer service anymore. Very disappointing!

I love the set up of this Panera. Nice and clean! Also the staff was very helpful and patient!

Excellent service, baked goods not as expected

Dirty! No soap in the restroom and tables were not wiped off, the creamer was empty and I had to ask 2 different employees to bring more out. . took 10 mins and I was on my lunchbreak! I wont be back it's been worse each time.

Wow! I have always loved eating at Panera and this location is exceptional! Friendly staff, clean restaurant and restrooms! The food is always fresh and wonderful!

Panera is my lunch spot with my wife!! Great quality fresh food.

It was a little chilly in there. Dining area was clean and neat. Employees were nice and friendly. Our coffee was weak and my cup of cheddar broccoli soup was cool not hot. Sandwich was pretty good.

Normally a great meal, but today they were out of everything. Which made the already small menu, more difficult to decide on what to eat. Then order came out wrong. Better luck next time, I guess. 😒

I still miss the chopped chicken cobb salad... Who ever thought PICKLED RED ONIONS would be a good thing? Blech!

Super expensive, but, the "bacon grilled cheese" is AMAZING.

No gluten free bread options for breakfast. Super small portion if they give you a wrap or sandwich with no bread. Also check in girl was not in the know at all. But the location is clean and pretty.

The food was great as always. There's a chocolate 0asrty they make and almost never have. I don't go often and always go at different times and haven't seen this pastry in about a year.

I stopped by for a quick bite to eat a home. I was given the wrong order and didn't realize till I got home, a half hour later. I spent the next 15 trying to call, to no avail. They wouldn't answer the phone. It rings, but disconnects if the call is not picked up. On top of that, I was never given my receipt! This is the worst service I have ever received there. I may be avoiding that place from here on out!

Fast service with great food

The Fayetteville location recently had a makeover and now it wide open and modernized. Very nice ambiance. The food is fresh and fast. Operations need to strive for perfection by not forgetting to fill orders complete, etc. They are close to getting it perfect.

Their breadbowls used to be more substantial, and I felt the amount of soup lacking. Otherwise, a perfect experience worthy of a frequent visit. Autumn squash soup was an autumnal delight to my taste buds.

It is 7/10/19 9:15 AMNot sure why the young girl working the counter was being the most unpleasant person my family has come into contact with. She is definitely in the wrong profession and should not be in customer service at all. Extremely disrespectful and was on her phone in front of us while we were talking to her. She huffed and puffed when we had a question. Hopefully you guys won’t have to deal with her because other than that the food was good and others were pleasant, but man she was terrible to the customers.

We come here often as it is convenient and the food is tasty. I have noticed the prices have increased and the portions are less! There was a new employee behind the counter and he was struggling a bit. I was in a line of people waiting patiently as this employee was the only person on a register taking care of customers. We finally ordered and I said we would eat in. When our food came the soup we ordered was in a take out container. Now if I ask to eat in their restaurant, I expect a heavy plastic bowl, not paper!!! The soup had to be eaten quickly as it got cold fast. I saw a young manager on the floor and he was delivering food to the tables. I asked if I could have a moment of his time and he said "I'm busy"! So I thought maybe he would come back and he never did!!! I was totally taken back by our experience yesterday and may think twice about coming back.

Went tonight at 6:30 pm. The kids had mac and cheese. Neither would eat it bc it was mushy. Like overcooked. Usually very good.

Large, freshly remodeled restaurant with good seating and a roaring fire place to warm up during the gloomy winter months! Clean restrooms, a good soda fountain offer, friendly staff and a tasty, healthy food offering at reasonable prices make this restaurant a great place to go.

Much happier with my last visit to fayiville. There Togo sizes have gotten more consistent with eat in size. And do love the Express pu.

I love Panera Bread. Their food is so tasty, and many healthy options. Great tea. Friendly and efficient service. I can order from home & pick up, or place an order in & take out. Those are the 2 I do most.

Almost everything was out of stock. We wanted a strawberry salad, only to find out that strawberries were out of stock. Multiple mess ups with the orders. Okay service.

I have a lot of allergies so it’s hard for me to find places that I can eat. They actually listen to my order an make things to accommodate my allergies every time, I really appreciate it.
